Grand Park’s Event Lawn and Community Terrace – the area between Hill and Broadway – will be used for a lease event. Event will run on SAT 4/9/16 from 10:00am – 10:00pm and on SUN 4/10/16 from 4:00am-2:00pm.

The playground and dog run areas will be closed on Saturday April 9 and Sunday April 10. Other areas of the park, including the Performance Lawn, splash pad, and gardens will be open.

STREET CLOSURES: Broadway and Spring Street will be closed on Sunday, April 10 beginning at 4:00am and ending at 12:30pm.

Presented by LAUSD in partnership with Grand Park, the LAUSD Grand Arts Festival spotlights the importance of the arts as a powerful catalyst for learning and achieving.  The Festival features work by more than 3,000 students from all over the LAUSD in such areas as music, dance, theatre, film, and visual art.  The public is welcome to the free event, where they can also enjoy performances by professional artists, family art activities, food trucks and presentations by community arts partners.
