Trucks will be parked on Olive Court (between Grand and Hill) and the Marketplace (between Spring and Broadway in front of City Hall) with easy access for jurors, local employees, and all park users.*

¡Baila la Cumbia! A special night of The Music Center’s Dance Downtown in Grand Park. Shake off the week with dance lessons, a live band, and cumbia beats under the summer skies.

Experience theatre under the stars with Theatre Dybbuk’s production of Exagoge, a performance built around the remaining fragments  of the first recorded Jewish play and written in the style of a Greek tragedy. Exagoge will explore commonality of all people with themes of seeking refuge and finding home. Theatre Dybbuk actors will be joined by the Leimert Park Choir, comprised of children and young adults, who will integrate music into the performance.

The groundbreaking performance is presented in partnership with Temple Israel of Hollywood, The Fowler Museum at UCLA, the Dortort Center for Creativity in the Arts at UCLA Hillel, and The Music Center/Grand Park.

Performances in Grand Park are first come, first served, no RSVP is required.

National Dance Day’s flagship west coast celebration is back at Grand Park and better than ever. Lace up and grab your friends for a day of dance with So You Think You Can Dance creator Nigel Lythgoe and celebrities from the show as they lead the crowd in the official National Dance Day routines. The day continues with short classes for all ages and interactive performances by some of the best and brightest young dance talent in Los Angeles!
